On the morning of November 25th, a delegation of Chinese garment entrepreneurs visited Richpeace factory as a stop of the Entering Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Event, lead by Mr. Zhao Yabin, the Deputy Secretary-General of China National Garment Association.

The entrepreneurs’ delegation and Richpeace related managers hold a conference and Mr. Zhao Yabin made a speech. In this production line, all masking material layers are pressed together to form a convex cup shape, during the cup forming, the very vulnerable melt-blown layers are easily get torn or deformed, then the higher filtration level could not reach.

In this case, it’s necessary to equip with a cup preforming system to ensure the safety of finished mask protection.

Richpeace’s cup mask pre-forming system working process: Loading out layers of masks to the pre-forming station, half-fold the outer layer of non-woven fabric and the filter layer of melt-blown fabric, uses ultrasonic technology to weld the cup arc and cut the waste material, then open the folded layers to make it a cup form, instantly hot presses with a controlled temperature on it to make a preformed outer cup.

By this Cup pre-forming process, the outer layer of the mask with melt-blown filtration is protected during the hot press molding cup form. The tensile force is reduced to prevent the filter melt-blown layer from the material stretch so that the fiber and structure of the out layers maintain the original form and stable state, to avoid the material fracture or turn thinner due to molding stretch, thus protecting the mask cup filtering performance, improve the rate of finished product qualification.

Why do not use so-called Compatible cartridges or refilled cartridges for your Inkjet Plotter

HP-Hewlett-Packard is the world’s leading supplier of printing consumables, which company developed technical, performance and reliability standards for the printer. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market of garment plotters, worldwide well-known inkjet plotter brand commonly adopted HP45 cartridges. Therefore, the ink cartridge gains a very high share in the global inkjet plotter market, huge amount requirement can be imagined. However, since the compatible ink cartridges are cheaper than original cartridges, the market is flooded with a wide range of compatible cartridges. But HP does not allow compatible cartridges, serious danger hidden for the plotter because of using compatible cartridges.

First of all, let’s learn about compatible cartridges.

The so-called HP compatible cartridges on the market are waste Recycling used cartridges refilled with ink (non-original inks) repeatedly,  then sent to the market for sale with attached label. In fact, they are counterfeit goods and are called compatible cartridges.

Original HP ink cartridges and its ink are HP unique technology, China domestic without the ability to develop this technology currently, this is the reason why the used waste ink cartridges be recycled.

Compatible cartridge is available or not? What’s the different between the original and compatible cartridge?

The answer is that the so-called compatible cartridge shouldn’t be use absolutely.

Firstly, in order to ensure the high printing quality, HP45 ink cartridges are formed by the ultra-precision circuit. There is a life-long relationship between its internal circuit and ink usage during ink cartridges using process, and recycling use will easily lead to internal short circuit damage or short circuit directly! Hewlett-Packard official also stipulate that HP45 cartridge is belong to consumable category, and repeated ink filling is strictly prohibited.

Secondly, the original cartridge internal pressure is treated specially, its internal pressure balance will be destroyed after second ink filling, resulting in ink blocked or continuous ink leakage problems. Moreover, the second ink filling compatible cartridges using non-professional ink, while HP original ink is manufactured by a number of complicated processes, and its ink molecules have strict requirements to ensure the quality and safety. Therefore, please do not seek for a cheaper compatible cartridge, which may leads to big loss in your long time use.

Compatible cartridges suffered more than twice repeated ink filling personally, and filling ink is not the original ink. Those cartridges can be reluctantly used for a short time, but please note that a variety of hidden problems are buried on your plotter.

You may encounter with bellow troubles frequently with compatible cartridges

1.  The printing heads are blocked, without ink spray;
2.  Printing line sare divergent and interrupted;
3.  Serious Inkleakage occurred when placed;
4. D) The screen is blinking when power on, the internal short circuit of the ink cartridge will cause the control hardware short circuit of the whole machine, resulting in the damage of complete hardware system.

Troubles occurred continuously and plotter shut down frequently without working, serious problems even made your plotter scrapped totally. You saved a little cartridge costs while lost the whole plotter, which is really worthless. While take a look at the smooth and clear lines for HP45 original cartridges, your familiar old friend Richpeace is hear.

Fashion Timeline of Chinese Ancient Clothing

The following information came from Evolution of Chinese Clothing and Chinese Dresses. See how the styles in women’s clothing change overtime.

Chinese clothing has approximately 5,000 years of history behind it, but regrettably I am only able to cover 2,500 years in this fashion timeline. I began with the Han dynasty as the term hanfu (Chinese clothing,Fig.1) was coined in that period.

“In the Han Dynasty, as of old, the one-piece garment remained the formal dress for women. However, it was somewhat different from that of the Warring States Period, in that it had an increased number of curves in the front and broadened lower hems. Close-fitting at the waist, it was always tied with a silk girdle.” (5,000 years of Chinese Costume, pg. 32)

“The Tang Dynasty (Fig.7,8,9)was the most prosperous period in China’s feudal society. Changan (now Xian, Shananxi Province), the capital, was the political, economic and cultural centre of the nation. Residents in Changan included people of such nationalities as Huihe (Uygur,) Tubo (Tibetan), and Nanzhao (Yi), and even Japanese, Xinluo (Korean), Persian and Arabian. Meanwhile, people frequently travelled to and fro between countries like Vietnam, India and the East Roman Empire and Changan, thus spreading Chinese culture to other parts of the world.”

In Song Dynasty, “Women’s upper garments consisted mainly of coat, blouse, loose-sleeved dress, over-dress, short-sleeved jacket and vest. The lower garment was mostly a skirt.” (5,000 years of Chinese Costume, pg. 107)

“The clothing for women in the Ming Dynasty consisted mainly of gowns, coats, rosy capes, over-dresses with or without sleeves, and skirts. These styles were imitations of ones first seen in the Tang and Song Dynasties. However, the openings were on the right-hand side, according to the Han Dynasty convention.” ((5,000 years of Chinese Costume, pg. 147)

“The formal dress for commoners could only be made of coarse purple cloth, and no gold embroidery was allowed. Gowns could only in such light colours as purple, green and pink; and in no case should crimson, reddish blue or yellow be used. These regulations were observed for over a decade, and it was not until the 14th year of Hong Wu that minor changes were made.” (5,000 years of Chinese Costume, pg. 147)

in Qing dynasty, “Women, in general, wore skirts as their lower garments, and red skirts were for women of position. At first, there were still the “phoenix-tail” skirt and the “moonlight” skirt and others from the Ming tradition. However the styles evolved with the passage of time: some skirts were adorned with ribbons that floated in the air when one walked; some had little bells fastened under them: others had their lower edge embroidered with wavy designs. As the dynasty drew to an end, the wearing of trousers became the fashion among commoner women. There were trousers with full crotches and over trousers, both made of silk embroidered with patters.” (5,000 years of Chinese Costume, pg. 173)

1950s-1960’s

Under the People’s Republic of China, very few mainland women wore the cheongsam, save for ceremonial attire. Clothing became de-sexualized for mainlanders.

It was the flip side in Hong Kong, as the cheongsam continued its function as everyday wear which lasted until the late 1960s. The cheongsam in the 1950s and 1960s became even tighter fitting to further accentuate feminine curves. Western clothing became the default after the late 1960s, though the cheongsam continued to survive as uniforms for students (who donned a looser and androgynous version), waitresses, brides, and beauty contestants.

21^st century

Designers today are creating new forms of the qipao/cheongsam. The mermaid tail appears to be a current popular trend.
